UTF-8 form decoding
Fixed a problem with UTF-8 form submissions not being decoded properly.
Fix for unhandled floating point ranges in Derby
Derby restricts the sizes of double floating point values that it will store. Automatic value truncation has been implemented.
Galil alphanumerics
Retrieval of alphanumeric variable values from Galil devices has been fixed.

Various improvements and minor bug fixes.
