Go to com.serotonin.mango.rt.dataSource.onewire.Network, and change DEFAULT_ADAPTER_NAME from "DS9097U" to "DS9097E". Recompile the class and replace in your Mango instance. Restart and see if it work. If so, report back here and a permanent change will be implemented. I have read about this elsewhere - something to do with the timing between the vmware image and the host

if any one has had any success with this please let me know
