Is there a way to display the Mango applet in iFrame of an HTML or integrate it with technologies such as .NET or Flex using API's to feed it data? I am new here but don't seem to get how the application is configured.

You can use a public view (under graphical views), which is an externally available page without login, and then embed that in an iFrame.
