Can anyone tell me if Mango M2M software can program and monitor the new Honeywell T7350? It is programmable by means of a serial port using free Palm Pilot software. I understand that it sells for a great price of around $350.

Hello Doug,
Mango is not intended to be a programming interface. Rather, it is monitoring and control software that can gather data from equipment (presumably already configured) and process it in multiple ways. The intention is to not need to have sensors with elaborate control mechanisms; the software will do all of that for you.

What kind of hardware, that is inexpensive, would you recommend we connect to our HVAC system? Also, what could you recommend to control our lighting and security cameras?

It just dose not jump out on your site. A nice list of different types of hardware and links would be nice.

We're not yet in the business of endorsing hardware. Perhaps that's something to consider.

Well, try to search in the internet I think you can find there perfect match for mango software for your Honeywell. About the price I guess you can choose a product that you can afford to buy. However, like other member said:

I think i said that a long time ago. The ability to do programming (or more appropriately "scripting") has been improving since then. And, there will likely be some interesting things happening in this regard in the near future.
